We are located at No. B-34 in Talwandi. Our place, Narindra & Narindra Steel Corpn., is right across from Dr. M B Chittoda’s clinic. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows the doctor. We deal with steel, mostly. The yard is usually full of pipes and sheets. It’s not the quietest business to be in. The sound of metal hitting metal is something we hear all day long. We have a few guys who help with the loading. It’s heavy work and keeps everyone tired by the end of the day. We’ve been here in Talwandi for quite some time now. The office is just a small room in the corner of the lot. We don't have air conditioning or anything fancy. Just a fan and some old chairs for visitors. People come in to settle their bills or talk about what they need for their next build. We try to keep things simple. No big promises, just steel. Sometimes the delivery trucks get stuck in the narrow streets, which is a bit of a mess for the traffic. But we manage. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation despite the name on the board. We’re just a family-run spot trying to get through the work week. Most of our customers have been coming to us for years. They know where we are and what to expect when they walk in. It’s just how we run things here.
