Nonihal Singh Gaur is the name, and I’ve been running things here in Subash Nagar for a long time now. This isn't one of those big companies with hundreds of employees. It's more of a local operation rooted right here in the neighborhood. People around here know me, and they know where to find me if they need anything. Subash Nagar is the kind of place where everyone eventually crosses paths. I don’t have a big office with glass walls. My space is pretty simple and reflects the way I like to work—just straightforward and without any unnecessary fuss. I started this because I wanted to do something on my own terms. Over the years, I’ve seen the streets change and the neighbors move, but my way of doing things has stayed pretty much the same. I don't use a lot of technology if I can help it. I prefer talking to people face to face. My day usually starts with a walk around the block to see what’s happening. Then I settle in and get to work. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s mine. I don't really bother with advertisements or trying to sound more important than I am. If someone needs help, they come by, we have a chat, and we see what can be done. It’s just a normal way to run a local business in a place like this where trust matters more than a fancy logo.
