We operate out of Pusa Niwas. It’s a place that feels very familiar to us, almost like a second home given how much time we spend here. Mcm is a small operation, and we don't have a lot of bells and whistles. The address is simple because the building itself is well-known enough in our circle. When you walk in, you’ll probably see a lot of clutter on the desks. We aren't the most organized people when it comes to keeping things tidy, but we know where every single file is when it matters. Our daily routine is pretty straightforward. We get in early, have some coffee, and start tackling the long list of things to do. It’s not always exciting work, but it’s what we do. We don’t have a big sign outside or a fancy lobby. Most people who come to see us are people we’ve known for years. We prefer it that way. It makes the work feel more personal and less like just another transaction. The building has its quirks, like a door that sticks in the rain and a light that flickers sometimes, but we’ve grown fond of those things. It’s just where we work, and it suits the way we handle our business. We don’t feel the need to be anything other than what we are. It is just a regular office where we get things finished.
