Our office is located at 23/238 in Mohammadi Colony, right on Masjid Road here in Bhilwara. It’s a local spot, and we’ve been part of the Shastri Nagar neighborhood for quite some time now. We work as colonisers and developers, which basically means we spend our time looking at land and figuring out how to build things on it. It’s not always easy, especially with all the rules and the heat in Rajasthan, but we enjoy the process. Our office isn't anything special to look at—just some desks, some chairs, and a lot of maps of the local area pinned to the walls. We don't really go for the high-end office look. We’d rather spend our time out on the sites seeing how the work is progressing. People from the colony often stop by to chat or ask questions about what’s being built nearby. We try to be open and tell them what’s going on. It’s a straightforward business. We buy land, we plan it out, and we try to make it work for everyone involved. There’s a lot of back-and-forth with different departments, so we’re often out of the office running errands or checking on materials. When we are here, we’re usually catching up on paperwork or talking to someone about a new project. It’s just honest work in a town we know well. We take things as they come and do our best to stay on top of the list.
