Maliwal Food Product

Maliwal Food Product is our small family setup right at the bus stand. We have been making things here for a while now. It’s a busy place because of all the people waiting for their rides. We don't have a big factory or anything like that. It is just a small space where we prepare what we sell. Most of the day is spent handling ingredients and packing things up. The smell of the food usually fills up the area around the bus stand. My hands are always busy with something, either mixing or cleaning. We don't use any big machines, just the tools we have always used. It’s loud outside with the bus drivers honking their horns all day long. Sometimes we run out of items before the day is over if the crowds are big. We don't have a fancy sign, just the name above the door. People who travel through here often stop by to pick something up for their trip. I don't think much about marketing or things like that. We just make what we make and hope people find it useful. The floor is concrete and we have to wash it down every evening. It is hard work, standing on your feet all day, but it keeps us going. We are just a local part of the bus stand life. I keep a small stool by the door for when my legs get tired. It's a simple life and we just do our best to get things ready for the next bus.
