Working in Bhilwara means dealing with the heat, so we have a cooler that makes a lot of noise but keeps us comfortable. We spend our mornings going through the mail and catching up on what needs to be done. Bapu Nagar is a friendly place. We often see the same people walking past our window every day. We aren't trying to be a big, fancy company. We are just local people working at S 24. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to finish, but usually, we close up at a decent hour. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel, with tea stains on the coasters and piles of paper that never seem to go away. It’s just how we operate.
