Jaffar Ahmed Kureshi

Jaffar Ahmed Kureshi is based in Shastri Nagar, specifically in Mohammad Colony. This area is quite tucked away compared to the main roads. It is a residential kind of feel, but there are plenty of small businesses like ours mixed in. We’ve got our setup here and it serves us well enough for the daily grind. The neighbors are mostly families, so you hear kids playing outside in the afternoons. Our space is just a few rooms that we’ve converted to fit what we need. It’s nothing fancy, just some sturdy tables and enough light to see what we are doing. We’ve been in Mohammad Colony for a good bit of time now. The commute isn't too bad if you avoid the peak hours. We usually keep the door ajar to let some air circulate, though it gets a bit dusty. We handle everything ourselves here. There isn't a team of people or a manager in a suit. Just us doing the work that needs to get done. If you come by, you might find us busy with a project or just having a cup of tea. We don't put on a show for anyone. The walls are a plain color and we have a calendar from three years ago still hanging up because we like the picture on it. It’s a comfortable, honest place to spend the day. Shastri Nagar is where we started and it’s where we plan to stay for now.
