Bright Marketing

We are based out in the RIICO Industrial Area. It’s not the most scenic place, just a lot of warehouses and trucks moving around. Bright Marketing handles distribution and wholesale for various products. Our space is mostly filled with cardboard boxes stacked high up to the ceiling. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers and checking on deliveries. It’s a lot of paperwork and tracking numbers. The air is often dusty because of all the movement in the industrial zone. We don’t get many walk-in customers since we aren't a retail shop in a main market. Most of our work is done through established contacts and repeat orders. My staff and I sit in a small office area tucked in the front of the warehouse. It gets hot in the summer because the tin roof holds the heat. We just drink a lot of tea and keep moving. It’s a straightforward operation. We receive goods, sort them out, and send them back out to the shops in the city. There’s no fancy branding here, just functional shelves and a lot of shipping tape. It’s a bit of a grind, but we’ve managed to keep things going for quite a while now. The days are long, but we get the job done. Working in RIICO means we are away from the city noise, but we have our own kind of industrial noise to deal with.
