Taveda Prathmik Sala

Taveda Prathmik Sala is the local primary school here in Taveda, which is near Bhavnagar. It’s a small village school, nothing too complicated. We’ve got a few classrooms that hold the younger children from the area. The building is simple, painted in bright colors to make it look a bit more cheerful for the kids. Every morning, you can hear them reciting their lessons from the road. We don't have a massive staff, just a few of us who handle everything from teaching to keeping the place tidy. Life in Taveda is pretty slow and quiet, and the school reflects that. We have a small yard where the children play during their break times. Sometimes we have to deal with the dust when the wind picks up, which is common in this part of Gujarat. We make sure the kids have their books and that they’re actually picking up what we’re teaching. It’s not about having the latest gadgets here; it’s about the basics. Most of the parents are farmers or work nearby, so they appreciate having a place for their children to go during the day. We keep things informal and friendly. If a parent wants to talk, they just walk in. There’s no big reception desk or anything. It’s just a community school doing its best for the kids in Bhavnagar. We have been here for years now.
