Prabhat Engg Works

We've been here at Plot No. 12/4 in Gidc, Arambhada for a while now. Most people around here just know us as Prabhat Engg Works. It’s a busy spot, and there is always something going on with the machines. We spend most of our days fixing things or making parts that people need for their projects. It gets loud sometimes because of the tools, but that is just how it is when you're working with metal and engines. My hands are usually greasy by lunchtime, and the floor always has some metal shavings on it no matter how much we sweep. We don't really do anything fancy, just the work that comes through the door. The weather gets pretty hot in this part of Arambhada, but we keep the doors open and just get on with it. Sometimes a neighbor stops by just to chat or ask for a quick weld on a broken gate or something. We try to help out when we can. It is a simple shop, nothing too special to look at from the outside, but we know where every single wrench and bolt is kept. Usually, if someone is looking for Prabhat Engg Works, they just follow the sound of the grinding. We have some old machines that still work better than the new stuff. It’s just us doing what we know how to do day in and day out. It’s not a big office or anything, just a concrete floor with tools and some scrap metal in the corner. That’s the whole story of our place here in the industrial area.
