Our office, Mechel Ferro Chem Private Limited, is situated at 334, Madhav Hill on Waghawadi Road. It’s a well-known building in this part of town. We are up here on the third floor. The office is usually full of papers and files because there is always some paperwork to catch up on. Being on Waghawadi Road is convenient because it’s a main route, though the traffic can be loud during the day. We deal with various industrial things, mainly ferro and chem related products, as the name suggests. It’s mostly phone calls, emails, and checking inventory lists. We don't have a showroom or anything like that. It’s just an administrative space where we coordinate our operations. We’ve been at Madhav Hill for a while now. The elevators are sometimes slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s just a regular workplace with regular people. We don't use big words or make grand promises. We just try to get the orders processed and the logistics sorted out. Sometimes things get delayed, and we have to spend the whole afternoon on the phone. That’s just how this business works. Mechel Ferro Chem is a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s our business and we take care of it. We just keep track of the shipments and make sure the invoices are sent out. It’s mostly desk work, but it keeps us busy from morning till evening.
