Started this place right across from Manubhai Ganthiya Wala in Pragati Nagar. It’s a busy spot here in Rasala Camp, Panwadi. Most of our mornings go into getting everything ready. The area gets pretty crowded, but the energy keeps us moving. None of this is fancy. We have our small space where we make things every day and that’s plenty. Sometimes the heat in the kitchen gets to be a bit much, but then a neighbor stops by for a chat and things feel better. People know us around here because we’ve been at this address for quite a while. We don't do big meetings or anything like that. Instead, we just show up, start the work, and finish by evening. Most of the stuff we do is manual. Keeping things clean and simple is our main goal. You might have seen our sign if you've ever gone toward the main market. It’s just how we earn our living. Nothing more to it. No big machines making noise here. It is just a few of us working together. If you are passing through Panwadi, you can usually see us working right from the street. It’s a local thing, really. We just want to make sure the food is okay for the families nearby who buy from us. That’s our whole story, short and simple. We just keep at it day after day.
