We are based out of Chitra Gidc, at plot 322/1. If you have ever been to the industrial estate here, you know it is a sprawling place with all sorts of businesses. We have been in this unit for quite a while now. We focus on cutting equipment and machinery. It is heavy, solid stuff. Our workshop is full of metal parts and the smell of industrial grease. We do not have much in the way of a front office. Most of the space is taken up by the machines and the inventory. It can get pretty loud when everything is running at once, so we usually have to shout to be heard. We are a small team, and everyone knows how to handle the equipment. We do not spend time on fancy meetings or long reports. We just see what needs to be built or fixed and we get to it. Sometimes the floor gets messy, but we try to clear it out every Friday. The weather in Chitra can be pretty harsh, but we just keep the shutters open and the fans going. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the tools we send out actually work the way they should. It is simple, practical work. We have got a good routine going and we stick to it. If you drop by, you will likely find us with our sleeves rolled up, covered in bits of steel. We just keep moving.
