Srf Limited Bhiwadi

Our place is SRF Limited Bhiwadi, and you can find us in Jihwana Village in the Alwar District. It's a bit out there, being in the village area of Rajasthan, but that's where the work is. We’ve been operating from this site for a good while. It's a big industrial area, so there's always something going on with trucks and machines. We aren't a small office in the city; we’re a proper facility with lots of people coming and going for shifts. The dusty roads around Jihwana are just part of the daily commute for most of us. We focus on the production side of things, making sure everything is running like it should. It’s not a quiet job, and it’s definitely not a desk job for many of the guys here. We have a lot of local people working with us, which makes the place feel like a community. It gets very warm in the summer, as you can imagine being in Alwar, but we just get on with it. We don't have a fancy lobby or a lot of art on the walls. It’s a practical space designed for work. We’ve seen the village change a bit since we started, but we’re still here doing what we do. It’s hard work, but it’s steady. We don't spend much time talking about what we do; we just make sure the output stays consistent throughout the year and keep things moving.
