Rm Shah Management Consultants is based out of 305, Reva Darshan Flats. It’s right near the Maktampur Police Station on Maktampur Road here in Bharuch. Being in a flat instead of a big glass office building makes things feel a bit more relaxed. We’ve been helping people with management stuff for quite some time. It’s mostly just sitting down, looking at what a business needs, and trying to find a way to fix the problems. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. Usually, you just walk in and we're already at our desks working. Bharuch can get quite hot, so we’re thankful for the fans in the office. We know the area well and most of the people around here know where we are. It’s a straightforward setup. We deal with a lot of numbers and planning, which might sound dry to most people, but we find it interesting enough. There isn't much flash to what we do. We just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes the road outside gets noisy with the police station nearby, but you get used to it. We take our work seriously but we don't feel the need to dress up in fancy suits every day. It’s more about the advice we give and the problems we solve. We’re just local people doing our jobs in a quiet part of town. It’s not fancy, but it works for us and our clients.
