The workshop here at Qualimark Machines Pvt Ltd stays pretty busy most mornings. We are located at 53, Gidc Narmada Nagar Phase-1, which is just a typical industrial spot with a lot of noise and trucks moving around. You get used to the sound of metal and the smell of grease after a while. It isn't a fancy place, just a workspace where we get things done. Some of us have been coming here for years, taking the same route through the gates every day. The fans in the back try their best to keep the heat down when it gets bad in the afternoon. We spend a lot of time checking parts and making sure the machines are doing what they are supposed to do. There is always a list of stuff to finish before the day ends. Most of the guys just grab tea from the stall around the corner when they need a break. It's just a regular group of people working with equipment and trying to keep everything running smooth. If you walk past the main door, you’ll probably see someone moving crates or looking over a blueprint on a messy desk. It is not the kind of office you see in movies, but it works for us. We handle the mechanical side of things and don't really worry about much else besides the job at hand in Phase-1. It is a lot of hard work and dirty hands by the time five o'clock rolls around.
