You can find us over at the Rushikesh Complex in Surat, specifically in unit 301. It’s a typical office building and we’ve been here long enough that the security guards all know us by name now. Working in Surat is always interesting because the city is so active and there is always something going on outside our windows. Our office handles the glass business, mostly dealing with the administrative side of things and making sure logistics are handled for Piramal Glass Limited. It’s not a very big room, just enough space for a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a place to make some tea. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls or corporate posters. We just have our calendars and some notes tacked up. Most days are spent on the phone or typing away at the computers. To be honest, it can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how we work here. We don’t really follow a strict corporate handbook. We just know what needs to get done and we do it. If a customer calls with a question about an order, we look it up and give them a straight answer. It’s a simple way to run things, but it works for us. We’ve been part of this business for a while now. The 394120 area is a good spot for us to be located. It’s convenient for getting around the city when we need to do errands.
