We are located at Plot No. 27 in the Gidc Mega Estate. It’s a pretty large spot for Pepsico Holdings India Pvt. Ltd. and there’s always something moving. If you walk onto the plot, you’ll see crates stacked up and people checking manifests. The Mega Estate is a massive place, and it can be easy to get lost if you don't know where you're going. We don’t really have a fancy office for people to visit. Most of the space is taken up by the actual operations. We spend our hours making sure the stock is handled right and the machinery is kept in good shape. It’s a lot of physical work, and the team here is used to the pace. It gets loud when the machines are all running at once, but that’s how we know things are going okay. We don't bother with a lot of the corporate talk you might hear elsewhere. Here at Plot No. 27, it’s just about getting through the daily list. Whether it’s loading up a truck or fixing a belt on the line, there’s always a task waiting. It’s an honest way to spend the day, and we’ve been doing it for quite a while now.
