Pepsico International

We operate Pepsico International out of Hill View Apartment in Bharuch, right near Tulsidham on Zadeshwar Road. It is not your typical corporate headquarters, being in an apartment building, but it works for what we do here. Our unit, 311, is where the local logistics and coordination happen. There are usually boxes of samples sitting in the corner and a few desks pushed together. Bharuch can be quite hot, so we spend a lot of time inside with the fans going all day. It’s a small team, and we all know each other’s business. We don't have a receptionist; if the door knocks, whoever is closest just gets up to open it. We spend our days on the phone with distributors or checking on inventory levels in the region. It’s a lot of routine work, honestly. We track numbers, update spreadsheets, and try to stay ahead of the orders coming in. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, and we don't worry much about dress codes or formal meetings. We just get the work done so the drinks get to where they need to go. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat, which is nice. It is a very local way to handle things for a big name company, keeping it grounded and simple in this little corner of Bharuch. We just focus on the daily tasks and keep moving through the list of things to do.
