You can find us at Chitrakut Society No. 1, which is on Zadeshwar Road in Bharuch. It’s a residential society, so our office has a very local, neighborhood feel. Being in Maktampur, we are right in the middle of a lot of growth. The road outside is always busy with traffic heading toward the highway. We’ve got a small setup in one of the blocks. It’s where we manage the local supply chain and talk to the vendors. Most of the people working here live nearby, so there’s a lot of Gujarati being spoken in the office. We aren't big on formal meetings. Usually, we just sit around a table and figure out the day’s problems. The heat in Bharuch can be quite intense, so we keep the windows shut and the AC running when it gets bad. We have our regular tea breaks where we discuss the local cricket scores or family stuff. It’s a very relaxed but hardworking atmosphere. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon or business talk. We just say things as they are. If a delivery is late, we call up and find out why. It’s simple and direct. We’ve been in this society for a while now, and the neighbors are used to us being here. It’s just a normal part of our lives.
