We are located at D-11/1 in the Birla Copper Township out in Dahej. Being in the Bharuch district, it’s a very industrial area. The township is where a lot of us stay, so the office is just a short walk or drive away. It’s a bit isolated from the bigger cities, but we have everything we need right here. Gujarat gets really hot, and the air always has that industrial feel to it. We aren't here to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. Our space is functional and mostly full of technical drawings and schedules. We work on the copper side of the business. It’s heavy work, and it requires a lot of attention to detail. The people here are straightforward. We say what needs to be said and get on with it. Sometimes the dust from the construction or the plant blows through, but that’s just life in Dahej. We’ve got a good group of people who have been through all sorts of challenges together. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important. We keep the production going and make sure the township runs smoothly. It’s a community of workers and their families. We take pride in just doing a solid day’s work without making a big fuss about it. We’ve been in this corner of Gujarat for a long time, and we know how things work around here.
