This office is at E-36/4 in the Birla Copper Township, right near Lakhigam village. We are in the Vagra taluka of Bharuch. It’s a very specific part of the world, mostly dominated by the large industrial plants. We work right on the edge of the village and the township. It’s a dusty place, and the roads are often filled with trucks and tankers. Our office is where we manage the local site details and talk to the people who make the plant run. We don't have time for corporate jargon. We speak plain English or the local language most of the time. It’s about getting the copper processed and shipped. The weather is harsh, but the people are tougher. We’ve got a mix of locals and people who moved here for work. It’s an interesting blend. Our space is a bit cluttered with files and equipment, but we know where everything is. It’s not about looking good; it’s about being functional. We just show up, do our tasks, and try to get home before the shift changes clog up the roads. It’s a real, grit-and-grime kind of workplace. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay productive through the heat. No one here is looking for an award; we're just trying to get the job done and keep things moving in Vagra.
