We are located in the Hindalco township over in Dahej. You can find us at C-3/4, which is part of the Birla Copper unit. Being in a township like this means our work and life are pretty closely tied together. It’s out in the Bharuch district of Gujarat, and it’s a very busy industrial area. We see the same faces every day, which is nice because it feels like a real community. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just handle the day-to-day operations and make sure the copper unit has what it needs from the office side. There’s a lot of noise and activity from the plant, but we’ve gotten used to it. Our office is just a regular place where we keep the files and handle the logistics. We don't have any interest in sounding like a big corporate entity. We’re just staff members doing our jobs in the township. Sometimes we have to deal with the dust or the heat, but that’s just part of being in this part of Gujarat. We focus on being practical and getting things done without any unnecessary delays. Most of us live right here, so we’re always around if something needs attention. It’s a simple way of living and working, and it keeps us grounded. We just do the work and let the results speak for themselves. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have our daily schedules and some tea.
