We are out in Dahej Phase 2, specifically at Plot No. D/2/Ch-148. If you have ever been out this way, you know it is a bit of a long drive from the main city. It is a large industrial zone and it can get quite windy out here. Our building is a standard industrial setup. We have the production area and a small corner for the administrative stuff. Most of our days are spent monitoring the machines and checking the output. It is a lot of standing and walking around the floor. We moved into this phase a while ago. The roads are wide but there isn't much else around except other factories and construction. We bring our own tiffins because there aren't many places to eat close by. The atmosphere is very industrial, lots of metal and concrete everywhere. We have a few windows that look out onto the neighboring plots, but there isn't much to see. It is a long day out here in Dahej, especially with the commute we have to do. We start early to beat the worst of the sun. The work is repetitive but it has to be done correctly every single time. We do not have any fancy decorations in the office, just the necessary calendars and files on the walls. It is a practical place for practical work. Sometimes the sea breeze reaches us, which is nice during the summer months. We just keep our heads down and focus on our daily tasks.
