Genpact

This location is a bit of a mix, with ties to E 644 Ranjeet Nagar in Bharatpur and also 93 Ganesh Bhawan near the Railway Station in Jaipur. It’s a bit of a journey between the two, but Genpact keeps us busy regardless of which spot we’re at. In Jaipur, being behind the Panchayati Dharamshala means we’re right near the heart of the action with the trains coming and going. It’s a noisy, lively area. The office at Ganesh Bhawan is simple. We don't have any fancy decorations or expensive rugs. It’s mostly just us, our computers, and the sounds of the station nearby. The Bharatpur side is a bit quieter, located in Ranjeet Nagar. We handle a lot of different tasks across these spots. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We wear comfortable clothes and drink a lot of chai to keep ourselves going throughout the day. Some of us have been here for years, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. We don't talk much about big goals or fancy strategies; we just focus on the folders and files in front of us. It’s a very practical way to work. Life around the railway station has a rhythm of its own, and we’ve just become a small part of that daily flow over the years. It's nothing special, but it's where we work and we like the people we deal with every day.
