Aes Lab Noida

Even though the name says Noida, we are actually located out in Weir, Rajasthan. Our spot is in Basant Niketan Town. It’s a bit of a different pace out here compared to the big city. Weir is a smaller place, and it has that specific Rajasthan feel to it—dusty roads and a lot of history. Being at Basant Niketan means we are part of the local town life. Aes Lab Noida operates from here, and we’ve got our setup inside a building that looks like most others in the area. It’s not a high-tech looking facility from the outside, but we have what we need to get our tasks done. The weather can be pretty harsh, very hot in the summer, but we’ve gotten used to it. Most of us live nearby, so there isn’t much of a commute. We see the same faces every day. It’s a quiet existence for the most part. We handle our lab work and keep our records as best we can. Sometimes the internet is a bit spotty because of our location, but we find ways to manage. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We aren't in a rush like people in the metros. We just work through our lists and make sure everything is in order before we head home. It’s just how things go for us here in Weir, nothing fancy or complicated about it.
