Yoganand Medical & Research Centre

You can find us over at No 277 on M K Puttalingaiah Road in Padmanabhanagar. This part of Bangalore is mostly quiet and residential, which we like. Yoganand Medical & Research Centre has been part of this community for a good few years now. While the name says research, a lot of what happens here is just everyday medical care for the families living around the corner. We get all sorts of people walking in, from older folks who have lived in Padmanabhanagar since it was mostly empty land to young couples who just moved into the new apartments. The building itself is straightforward, nothing too flashy. We try to keep the place clean and functional. Sometimes the street outside gets a bit narrow when too many cars are parked, but that’s just how these roads are. Inside, it’s usually calm. We don't have those fancy automated systems that some of the big corporate places have. We do things a bit more manually here, which we think keeps it more personal. The staff knows most of the regular patients by their names, not just a file number. It feels like a neighborhood spot rather than a cold institution. We just want to make sure the people here have a place to go when they aren't feeling well or need a checkup without having to travel across the city to find help.
