Telecare

Telecare is located inside the New Cloth Market in Koramangala. If you know the market, we are at shop number 5. It is a busy place to be, especially on the weekends when everyone is out shopping for fabrics and clothes. We are surrounded by all that energy, which is good but it can get quite noisy at times. Our shop is small, and we have to be very careful about where we put everything so we don't trip over things. Most of the day is spent looking at small parts and trying to fix things that have been dropped or spilled on. People come into the New Cloth Market for all sorts of reasons and then remember they have a phone or a gadget that needs looking at. That is usually how we get our customers. It’s a practical setup here at shop 5. We don't have space for a big waiting area, so people often leave their things and go for a walk in Koramangala while we work. The light in the shop isn't the best, so we use a lot of desk lamps to see what we are doing. We've been here long enough that the other shop owners in the market are like family. We help each other out when someone needs a tool or a bit of change. It’s just a normal day-to-day life for us here, fixing what we can and being honest about what we can’t.
