Yes Employed

I've been working out of this spot in Jayanagar for a while now. It’s on the first floor at 117 Jayanagar 8 Main, specifically in the 1 Block Byrasandra area. People usually come by when they are looking for a job or if they need someone to help them sort out their career path. We spend a lot of time looking through paperwork and talking to folks who just want to get to work. It’s not a fancy office, just a place with desks and some chairs where we try to match people with what’s out there. The neighborhood is busy, but once you find the building and get up to the first floor, it’s a bit quieter. Sometimes the fans are loud, and we go through a lot of tea while talking to candidates. It is mostly about listening to what people can do and seeing where that fits. We don't have a big sign outside, so you have to look for the address carefully. Dealing with employment stuff isn't always easy because things change so fast in the city. One day we have lots of openings, and the next day it’s slow. We just keep at it every morning. If you are around Byrasandra, you might have walked past us without knowing. It is just a small team here trying to keep things organized. We handle things as they come, nothing too complicated about it. It’s just work.
