Venkateshwara Clothing Company

At Venkateshwara Clothing Company, we work out of the Yelahanka Industry Estate. Specifically, we are on Anjaneya Temple Street Cross. It’s a busy industrial area, so there is always a lot of noise from machines and trucks passing by. The Anjaneya temple is right nearby, and you can often hear the bells ringing in the mornings, which is a nice break from the engine sounds. Our workspace is pretty basic. We have the cutting tables and the sewing machines all set up in the main room. It can get quite warm in the afternoons, but we have a few fans that keep the air moving. We’ve been in this part of Yelahanka for several years. It’s a good location for us because everything we need is close by. We don’t really do anything fancy here. We just come in, start the machines, and get to work on the clothes. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, so we just sit outside on the steps and wait for it to come back. Most of the people working here live in the surrounding area, so it’s a local crowd. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation; we just like making things and staying busy. The address on the cross street is easy to spot once you get into the industrial estate. It’s just a regular workday for us every day.
