Yadav Painting Contractor

Our office, if you want to call it that, is at 32 Basaveshwara Nagar, over in Block D 14. It’s mostly just a place where we store our paint cans and ladders when we aren't at a job site. I’m Yadav, and I’ve been running this painting crew for quite some time now. We aren't a massive company with a fleet of trucks. We have one old van that gets us from one house to the next. We do mostly residential painting around this part of town. It’s hard work, especially during the summer when the sun is beating down on the exterior walls. Our hands are usually stained with whatever color we were using that morning. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy websites. Most of our work comes from neighbors telling each other about us. We show up, scrape off the old peeling paint, and put on the new layers. It’s a lot of prep work that people don’t see. If you don't sand it down, it won't look right, so we spend a lot of time doing that. Sometimes we find cracks that need filling first. We just tell the owners what needs doing and we get it done. We’ve worked in many of the houses in Block D over the years. It’s a good neighborhood and people generally know who we are. It is just basic painting work that we do every day to stay busy and provide for our families.
