You can find us at No 29/1, on the 8th Cross in Bahubalinagar. We’re right near Hoysala Circle in the Jalahalli area. It’s a nice enough part of town, though the traffic near the circle can be a real headache in the evenings. Creative Tools & Equipments is our small business. We deal with exactly what’s in our name—tools and various bits of equipment. Our shop isn't anything fancy to look at. It’s mostly just shelves full of stock and a counter where we talk to people. We don't use big words or have complicated ways of doing things. If someone needs a tool, we find it for them. If they have a question, we answer it the best we can. Most of us have been working with these things for years, so we know our way around a toolbox. We aren't some massive chain store with bright lights and matching uniforms. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on helping the people who walk through the door. Jalahalli is a good place to be, and we've got to know many of the regulars over time. We don't have a big advertising budget or a social media manager. We just open up in the morning, sweep the floor, and see who needs help. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it works for us. We just keep it simple every single day.
