Our office is in Bangalore, specifically in the Hongasandra area at Flat No-303, Ind Win Ecstasy. It’s a residential-style building, which makes the work environment feel a bit different than a huge office park. Since we’re on the third floor, we get a bit of a breeze if we leave the door open, but the city traffic is always humming in the background. The flat has been turned into a workspace with rows of computers and headsets. It can get a bit crowded when the full team is in, and there’s always a bit of a wait for the kitchen area to make coffee. We spend a lot of time on the screens, dealing with data and documents. The lighting is that standard office white, and the carpet is starting to show some wear in the high-traffic spots. We don't have a big sign outside, so people sometimes miss the entrance the first time they visit. It’s just a group of us working through our shifts, sometimes late into the evening depending on the workload. We don't have any fancy lounges or game rooms; we just focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a straightforward place to work, and we keep it pretty low-key. The elevator is sometimes slow, so most of us just take the stairs to save time. We have a few plants on the balcony, but they look a bit thirsty most of the week.
