Akshar Finance Pvt. Ltd is based at 15 Magrath Road in Ashok Nagar. It is a busy part of town, so finding a parking spot near the office is always a bit of a challenge in the mornings. We are in an older building that has a lot of character, even if the pipes are a bit noisy sometimes. Inside, it is all about the paperwork and the ledgers. We handle finance matters, so there are always files stacked up on the desks. It isn't a very large space, and we are all sitting quite close to each other. You can hear the traffic from Magrath Road pretty clearly throughout the day, which takes some getting used to. We don't have a fancy lounge for people to wait in, just a couple of chairs near the entrance. Most of us have worked here for a good while, so we know the routine inside out. There is a small pantry in the back where we make coffee. The walls are a bit plain, maybe they could use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy with the numbers to worry about it much. We deal with a lot of documents every day and try to keep everything in order. Ashok Nagar is a good location, even if it gets a bit crowded. We just get on with our work and try to stay on top of the piles of folders.
