Down in M.S.Ramaiah City in JP Nagar 7th Phase, you’ll find us at Wellworth Hotels & Resorts. We’ve got number 351, and it’s a pretty quiet corner compared to the busier parts of Bangalore. The morning usually starts with the sound of birds and the staff getting the kitchen ready for the first breakfast orders. We spend a lot of time making sure the rooms are tidy and that the water is running hot for the guests who stay with us. It’s a lot of work running a place like this, and there’s always a lightbulb that needs changing or a carpet that needs a good scrub after a rainy day. Our team is a mix of people who have lived in Karnataka their whole lives and some who just moved to the city for work recently. We sit around the back office sometimes talking about our families or what we’re going to have for lunch. The neighborhood has grown a lot lately, and there are more shops popping up around JP Nagar every month. We aren't a massive chain with thousands of rooms, so we know most of our regular guests by their names. It feels more like a house sometimes than a big hotel. We just want people to have a decent place to sleep while they are visiting Bangalore. It isn't always perfect, but we put in the effort every single day to keep things moving along for everyone.
