Venus Marbles & Granites

Venus Marbles & Granites is based at 41277 Adugodi on Bannerghatta Road. We are situated right besides Mico, which is a place everyone in this area knows well. Our yard is filled with big slabs of stone leaned against each other in rows. It is heavy work to move them around, so we spend most of our time out in the yard or under the covered shed. We show people the different patterns and colors of the stone we have in stock. Bannerghatta Road is always full of traffic, so a lot of dust ends up settling on the marble slabs. We have to wipe them down frequently so the true grain of the stone is visible. We do not have an air-conditioned showroom or anything fancy like that. It is just us and the stone. Drivers often stop their cars and come in to see what we have. We have been in this Adugodi location for a long time now. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit difficult, especially when the rain turns the ground into mud, but we just keep working through it. We handle all the loading and unloading ourselves. It is a very simple and direct business. We show the granite, talk about what it costs, and leave it at that. We just enjoy the daily work of handling the stone.
