Venkat B & Associates is located at No.30 on 1st Main Road in Seshadripuram. This is a fairly quiet part of Bangalore 560020, at least compared to the main markets. Our office is a straightforward setup on the ground level, making it easy for people to just walk in off the street. We have been here for a good while, and the office has a very lived-in feel to it. There are stacks of files and various documents scattered around because we always seem to have something on the go. We don't go for the polished, modern look; we prefer things to be functional and comfortable. The 1st Main Road has some nice trees, and we often see the neighbors going about their day. It is a good spot for us because it feels more like a residential neighborhood than a cold business district. Most of our work involves sitting at our desks and going through various papers or taking calls. We take turns making tea in the small pantry at the back. There isn't a lot of hierarchy here; we all just pitch in and get things finished. People in Seshadripuram know us as the local office on the corner. We don't have a big sign or bright lights. It is just a regular place where we do our work and try to keep things moving along steadily.
