Vedic Math Academy

You’ll find Vedic Math Academy over on Nagawara Main Road, specifically in the Indira Nagar part of Kadugondanahalli. Our address is 74/3, right near the Arabic College and Govindapura. It’s a busy intersection and there’s always a lot of noise from the street outside. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The academy isn't a huge school with a playground or big halls. It’s a modest setup where we teach math. We use the old ways of doing sums and calculations that have been around for ages. It’s interesting how many people come by wanting to learn. The 74/3 building is old but it serves us well for what we need. We don't have air conditioning, just a few ceiling fans that click a bit when they’re turned on high. Nagawara Main Road is always full of people, so we get a lot of foot traffic throughout the day. We aren't trying to be a fancy institution with high fees. We just like math and wanted to share it with the neighborhood. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with the windows open to the street, but that’s just how it is in Kadugondanahalli. We keep our books stacked on wooden shelves and use a simple chalkboard. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. Most of our students live just a few streets away in Govindapura or near the college. We’re just a local fixture at this point. We show up every day and teach whoever comes in.
