Vedaang Granites

Vedaang Granites is located out in Bukkasagra Village. We are at Sy. No. 147/1 and 147/2, which is part of the Jigani Hobli area in Anekal Taluk. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but this is where all the granite work happens. The yard is usually full of stone slabs and the sound of cutting machines. It’s a dusty job, and we’re usually covered in it by the end of the day. We don't have a polished showroom with air conditioning. Instead, you get to see the granite exactly as it is, right in the yard. People come out here from the city when they’re building a new house or fixing up a kitchen. We show them what we have in stock and they pick what they like. It’s a very hands-on process. Jigani is known for this kind of work, so we fit right in with the other yards in Anekal. We’ve been working out of Bukkasagra for a while now. The weather affects us a lot; when it rains, the yard gets muddy, and when it’s hot, the stone gets really warm to the touch. It’s just the nature of the business. We don't try to make it sound like something it isn't. It’s hard work, heavy stone, and long days. We just make sure the slabs are cut right and loaded properly onto the trucks for delivery. It’s a simple way of doing business out here in the village.
