Vci Hospitality is located at number 492 on 16th Cross in J.P. Nagar 4th Phase. This is a busy part of Bangalore, and our office is right in the thick of it. We deal with various hospitality services, which mostly means we help manage properties or help people find places to stay. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls throughout the day. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We’ve been in J.P. Nagar for a while now and have seen the 4th Phase change a lot with new shops and houses coming up everywhere. We aren't a big corporate giant with thousands of employees. We are a smaller team that knows how to get things done. Some days are a bit chaotic when several things happen at once, but we just deal with them one by one. We don't use those polished scripts when we talk to people. We just say it like it is. If a room isn't ready or if there’s a problem with a booking, we tell the customer and try to sort it out. People around here seem to appreciate that we don't hide behind a bunch of corporate lingo. We just work out of our spot on 16th Cross and try to keep things moving forward. It’s a busy life in Bangalore, but we’re used to it by now and just keep at it every single day without fail.
