Vara Associates

We have been operating Vara Associates from this spot at 4 Padmanabhanagar for quite a long time now. Rannapark is a busy enough place, and we are right in the middle of it all. People often ask what we do exactly, and I usually tell them we just handle whatever comes across our desks. It’s not a very big office, just enough space for the few of us and our files. Sometimes the neighborhood gets a bit noisy during the day, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't really have a fancy front desk or anyone to greet you with a script. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see us working. We started this business with just a couple of chairs and a dream of not working for a big boss. It has stayed simple ever since. We know most of the people who live and work around Padmanabhanagar. It feels like we are part of the local scenery. Every morning starts with some tea from the shop down the road. It helps us get through the paperwork. We don't try to use big words or pretend to be more than we are. If we can help with something, we do. Our building is an older one, so the walls have some marks and the floor creaks a bit. It adds character to the place, I think. We are just here doing our job day by day.
