We have been working out of this space at 65 Hebbal for quite some time now. We are right across from the CBI office, so it’s a landmark most people in this part of town recognize. The office is usually filled with the sound of computers and people talking over technical drawings. We are Vac Design Engineers Pvt Ltd. It’s a small group of us here doing engineering work day in and day out. We don't have fancy decorations or a big receptionist area. It’s mostly just desks, stacks of paper, and people trying to figure out how to make things work better. The traffic outside on the main road can get really loud, especially in the evenings, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We started this because we like the technical side of things, the actual building and planning. We aren't really the type to go out and do a lot of sales pitches. Most people find us because they have a specific problem that needs an engineer's eye. We spend a lot of time checking numbers and making sure the designs are solid. Sometimes we stay late when a project gets complicated, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. It’s a practical office for practical people. We’ve seen Hebbal change from a quieter spot to a really busy hub, but our little corner remains pretty much the same as it was when we moved in.
