We are tucked away in Uttarahalli, which is a nice part of the city if you ask me. It’s a bit quieter than the main center, which helps when you’re trying to think. Adhinarayan Consultancy is basically a place where people come when they need some guidance or help with their plans. We don't have a huge staff or a sleek glass building. It’s just a regular office where we sit down and talk through things with anyone who walks in. Most days start with us clearing off our desks and looking at the schedule. We get all kinds of people coming in, each with their own unique situation. It’s interesting work because no two days are exactly the same. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. We don't like using a lot of jargon that nobody understands. If there’s a problem, we just tell it like it is and try to find a way through it. The area around here has changed a lot lately, with more shops and houses popping up everywhere. But we’ve stayed pretty much the same. We just keep doing our thing, helping out where we can. It’s not always glamorous, and some days are definitely slower than others, but we like the pace of things here. We just want to make sure that when someone leaves our office, they feel like they actually got some useful help.
