Usmaniya & Company is located at 1/76-9 on JM Road in Indiranagar. We have been here for a good while. The shop is tucked into the neighborhood. People around Indiranagar usually know where we are. It’s a busy street, especially in the evenings. We do our work, talk to the customers, and try to keep things organized. It gets a bit crowded inside sometimes when we have a lot of stock arriving. We handle various goods and try to keep the shelves filled. The front door sticks a little when it rains, but we've gotten used to it. It’s not a huge place, but it serves us well. Most of us here grew up in this area or close to it. We talk about local news while we work. It’s a friendly atmosphere, nothing too serious or formal. We don't have a marketing team or anything, just us answering the phones and helping whoever walks through the door. Sometimes the traffic on JM Road makes it hard for deliveries to park, but we manage. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a simple business.
