You can find Universal Power Systems at 421 on Shirdi Sai Baba Mandir Road, right where Indira Nagar and New Thippasandra meet. We’ve been working with power backups and UPS units in this area for a long time. It’s a busy stretch of road, and we get a lot of people dropping in because their home or office setup has failed. We aren't a big corporation with a fancy call center. When you call, you usually just get one of us who works in the shop. The place is often full of heavy batteries and half-dismantled units on the workbenches. It gets a bit messy, but that's just part of the job when you're fixing things. We try to give people a straight answer about what’s wrong with their equipment. If it’s an easy fix, we do it, and if it needs a replacement, we say so. We know how annoying it is when the power goes out and the backup doesn’t kick in, especially around here. We’ve built up a lot of regular customers from the nearby offices and houses over the years. We don't do much in the way of advertising because we're usually busy enough with the people who walk in. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, do the repairs, and help folks keep their lights on. It’s hard work, especially moving the big units around, but we like the neighborhood and the people here.
