Lamp Power Technologies

Lamp Power Technologies is tucked away in Manjunath Nagar 2nd Main, specifically in the 1st Phase of Rajajinagar at number 22. It’s a quiet residential area with some small businesses mixed in. We’ve been working from this spot for a long time. The shop is filled with various power equipment, batteries, and testers. There is almost always a faint smell of solder in the air. I started this business because I was always interested in how electronics work. Now, my days are spent testing circuits and talking to customers about their backup power needs. The shop isn't very large, so it can feel a bit cramped when we have a lot of repairs waiting. I have an old chair behind the counter that’s seen better days, but I can’t bring myself to throw it away. My nephew helps me out with the heavy batteries during his school holidays. We don't have a fancy website or a big team. It’s just us doing the work as it comes in. The street outside is lined with trees, so it stays relatively cool compared to the main roads. Sometimes we get birds nesting in the eaves of the building. We just leave them be. Most of our customers are locals from Rajajinagar who have been coming to us for years. We just try to get things fixed as quickly as we can so they can get back to their lives. It’s a good way to spend the day.
