Ultra Industries

The workshop is located at Hegganahalli Doddana Industrial Estate, specifically on 7th Cross at number 8. It’s a loud place because of the machines running all day. We do a lot of industrial work, mostly stuff for other businesses around here. The floor is concrete and always has some oil stains on it no matter how much we sweep. We started Ultra Industries a few years back when the area was just starting to get crowded with small factories. We have a few guys who have been with us since the beginning. They know the machines better than I do sometimes. It’s hard work, especially when it gets hot in the afternoons. We don't have fancy air conditioning, just big fans that move the air around. We deal with a lot of metal and heavy parts. Dealing with suppliers is a daily task, sometimes they’re late and it messes up the schedule. That’s just how it goes in this line of work. We keep our tools organized, or at least we try to. Finding a specific wrench can take a minute if someone didn't put it back. The neighbors are mostly other small shops like ours, so we help each other out with tools or advice. It’s a tight-knit spot. We don't have a big office or anything, just a desk in the corner for the paperwork. It works for us. We’re just regular people trying to keep the machines humming. We just keep working away here.
