We are based out of 101, Varsha Enclave, which is in the Arekere area on Bannerghatta Road in Bangalore. If you know Bangalore, you know how the traffic can get on this side of town, so we’re usually already in the office before it gets too bad. Tulsiyaan Ideas Group Of Companies is a bit of a mix of different things. We have several projects going on at once, so the office is usually a bit chaotic with people coming and going. It’s a decent-sized space but we’ve filled it up with desks and equipment over the years. We don't really go for the high-tech startup look. Our furniture is functional and our walls are covered in calendars and notes. The staff usually grabs food from the places nearby in Arekere. It’s a practical environment where the focus is on getting the ideas off the ground and into some kind of shape. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather just get the work done. Sometimes it’s loud, sometimes it’s quiet, depending on what phase a project is in. We’ve been at Varsha Enclave for a while, and it feels like home now. We just keep working through our lists and trying to stay on top of all the different moving parts of the group. It’s just how we operate. No big speeches, just a lot of checking things twice and making sure the emails get sent.
