We are located out in Moraiya at the Mahagujarat Indl. Estate. Our units are 20 and 21A. Being in an industrial estate means it’s mostly about work and not much else. Talent Healthcare Ltd. has been operating from this spot for a while now. It’s not the most scenic place in the world, but for what we do, it’s exactly where we need to be. There are a lot of trucks and workers moving around here all the time. We just keep to ourselves and focus on our daily tasks. It’s a practical environment. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us, so this is just how it is. We make sure the work gets done and the quality is what it should be. The estate is quite large, so sometimes people get a bit lost trying to find our specific unit, but we’re here. We’ve grown a bit over the years, but we still feel like a local operation. It’s hard work, especially during the summer months when it gets really hot in the units, but we’ve got a good group of people here who know what they’re doing. No one here is trying to be fancy or look like a corporate giant. We just do our jobs and try to keep things moving forward. It is a noisy place, but that is just the sound of people working hard every single day.
