Tulips Resort

Tulips Resort is out here on Bannerghatta Road, right around the 18th kilometer mark. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city center, but that’s kind of why people come out this way. We’ve got some space here and it’s a bit quieter than being right in the middle of Bangalore. We spend most of our time keeping the grounds tidy and making sure everything is ready for whoever shows up. It’s a lot of work maintaining a place this size, but we have a small crew that stays on top of things. Most days it’s just about checking the rooms and making sure the kitchen is stocked for the weekend. We don't really do big advertising or anything. People usually find us because they’re headed down Bannerghatta Road anyway. The 560076 area has changed a lot since we first started, with more buildings going up everywhere. But we just keep doing what we’ve always done. It’s a place where you can stay over or just spend a few hours. Nothing too complicated about it. We just open the gates in the morning and see who comes in. Sometimes it’s families, sometimes it’s just people looking for a break from the traffic. We’re just here at the 18km point, doing the daily chores and keeping the place running as best as we can. It’s not a five-star hotel, just a resort where we try to keep things decent and functional for our guests. We deal with power cuts and the usual stuff you get on the edge of the city, but we get by.
